Publication Policy and Peer Review

The Global University Journal of Applied Sciences is committed to publishing scientific research in accordance with internationally recognized standards of academic quality and research ethics. The journal aims to provide a rigorous scholarly environment that ensures the originality and methodological accuracy of published studies. It employs a Double-Blind Peer Review system to guarantee objectivity and fairness throughout the review process.

First: Publication Requirements

  • The research must be original and not previously published or submitted elsewhere.
  • The study must follow the established scientific methodology in its field of specialization.
  • The author must adhere to recognized academic citation and referencing standards.
  • The topic must fall within the journal’s scope in the field of applied sciences.
  • The manuscript must undergo plagiarism screening to ensure originality and academic integrity.
  • The author must comply with research ethics and academic publishing standards.

Second: Peer Review Procedures

  • All submissions undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Board to ensure alignment with the journal’s scope and submission requirements.
  • If the manuscript passes the initial review, it is sent to specialized peer reviewers in the relevant field.
  • The journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewer.
  • Reviewers assess manuscripts based on scientific criteria, including originality, methodological soundness, significance of results, and accuracy of referencing.
  • Reviewers may recommend acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection depending on the manuscript’s compliance with academic standards.

Third: Publication Ethics

The journal is committed to principles of integrity and transparency in scholarly publishing and rejects all forms of plagiarism, data manipulation, or duplicate publication. It also respects intellectual property rights and ensures the confidentiality of the peer review process while safeguarding the rights of all parties involved in publication.

Fourth: Publication Languages

The journal publishes research articles in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Italian, promoting academic communication and knowledge exchange among researchers at both regional and international levels.
