Author Guidelines
1. Manuscript Submission
· Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system on the official website.
· Authors must ensure that the manuscript:
1. Has not been published previously.
2. Is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
3. Has been reviewed and approved by all co-authors.
4. Has obtained permission from the institution or employer for publication.
5. Has obtained ethical approval for studies involving human participants or animals in accordance with accepted standards.
2. Publication Fees
· The journal is not free of charge.
· Authors are required to pay publication fees to cover:
o Peer review
o Language editing
o Typesetting and design
o Online journal management
o Long-term archiving
o Any other publication-related costs

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
· Authors are allowed to use AI tools to assist in drafting certain sections, such as language improvement, summarizing basic information, or data visualization.
· All core analysis, results, and conclusions must be produced by human authors.
· The maximum allowed AI-generated content is 30%.
· Manuscripts with 40% or more AI-generated content will be rejected.
4. Plagiarism Check
· All submitted manuscripts are screened using iThenticate to ensure originality and prevent plagiarism.
5. Types of Articles Accepted
· Original research articles
· Translated articles
· Thesis/Dissertation summaries
6. Manuscript Structure
All manuscripts must include:
1. Title Page
o Article title
o Author names
o Author affiliations and postal addresses
o Corresponding author’s email address
o Use superscript numbers to link authors to institutions, and an asterisk (*) to indicate the corresponding author
2. Abstract and Keywords
o Abstract: Maximum 350 words, on a separate page immediately after the title page
o Keywords: 3–5 keywords, arranged alphabetically
3. Main Sections of an Original Research Article
o Introduction
o Materials and Methods
o Results
o Discussion
o References
7. Peer Review Process
· All manuscripts undergo Double Blind Peer Review.
· Manuscripts are reviewed by the editor, editorial board members, and qualified external reviewers.
· Reviewer comments are sent to authors for revision as needed.
· The decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests solely with the editorial board.
8. Manuscript Formatting
· Manuscripts must be prepared using the journal’s official template, maintaining the original formatting.
· Submit the manuscript as a single complete file.
· Corresponding authors must provide their ORCID ID (www.orcid.org).
· Font: Times New Roman or Traditional Arabic
· Font size: 12 pt
· Line spacing: 1.5
· Margins: 2.5 cm
· Recommended length: 10–20 pages
